Healing Gardens and Sanctuary offers a 10 day returns policy. To receive a refund, simply send the unopened item(s) back to us with the receipt, and we will process a refund, less the delivery charge, as soon as possible.

Please note: If the item is returned damaged, we cannot restock it, and we will send the damaged item back to you. Additionally, please understand that our products are sensitive and organic, and humidity can cause damage.

• Items must be returned and received within 10 days of receipt of delivery.
• Item(s) must be returned in the original condition without seals broken or tampered with.
• Healing Garden is not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.

If the item is damaged upon arrival, please email your order number, the reason or description of the fault and a picture to infor@thehealinggardensandsanctuary.com.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us. Bank delays may occur, but generally complete 3 to 5 working days after the refund is processed. In its original payment form.

All Packages are sent through the United States Postal Service. You will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number that your product has been sent. United States Postal Service states it takes between 3 to 5 business days to receive a package.
